Processed Fleece - SOLD OUT

Amelia - Fall 2008 Shearing

This Type B white fiber is very soft and light and would be lovely dyed or left in this natural state. It is a combination of Amelia's 1st and 2nd shearing so it has that lovely "kid fleece" feel.

Amelia's fleece tested at 19.7 microns in Fall 2008 and staple length is a little over 3.5 inches

• 100% Pygora

• 12.1 ozs. available in fluffy cloud form

• $11.00 an ounce SOLD OUT!

Faline - Kid Fleece - Fall 2008

I love the color of Faline's fiber - sort of a soft taupe. Very unique. This fiber is from her first clip and has that baby soft feel. I believe Faline will be a Type B when she is permanently registered.

Faline's fleece tested at 18.7 microns in Fall 2008 and her staple length is about 4 inches

• 100% Pygora

• 4.7 ozs. available in fluffy cloud form

• $12.00 an ounce SOLD OUT!

Penelope -Kid Fleece,Fall 2008

Penelope's fiber is bright white and has a beautiful luster. I think Penelope may be a Type A (will know soon when I permanently register her). It has a wonderful handle. The fiber processor commented on its lovely feel when she was working with it.

Penelope's fleece tested at 18.6 microns in Fall 2008 and her staple length is around 5 inches.

• 100% Pygora

• 7.5 ozs. available in fluffy cloud form

• $12.00 an ounce SOLD OUT!

Valentine - Kid Fleece -
Fall 2008 Shearing

Valentine's fleece is to die for! As fine as cashmere but with a nice long staple! It feels luxurious! A lovely soft warm brown color. I may end up keeping a lot of this fleece - very hard to let it leave my hands! He has a Type B fleece.

Valentine's fleece tested at 17.3 microns in Fall 2008 and his staple length is 3.5 inches.

• 100% Pygora

• $13.00 an ounce SOLD OUT!

Wini - Fall 2007 Shearing

Though Wini is a black goat, her fiber really has a brownish tone to it. I would say it is a medium grey with a hint of brown in certain light - a very unique color. It has a lovely feel. Wini is a Type C and this fleece had a little shorter staple - about 2 inches - because it is only about 6 months growth.

Wini's fleece tested at 19.0 microns in Fall 2007 and her staple length is 2 inches.

• 100% Pygora

• $12.00 an ounce SOLD OUT!

Xanadu - Fall 2008 Shearing

Xanadu's fiber is a soft grey and you can't help but say "Ahhh" when you put your hands in it. Its micron count is close to the same as some of my kid fleeces and it has that same wonderful feel. She is a Type B fleece.

Xanadu's fleece tested at 18.8 microns in Fall 2008 and her staple length is about 3.5 inches.

• 100% Pygora

• $12.00 an ounce SOLD OUT!
